This "Senbei" shop, Ohsho, has been in business for almost 60 years. Senbei is a round shaped savory rice cracker and has been loved by Japanese as a traditional Japanses snack. This shop has maintained their traditional method of making their senbeis by using only natural ingredients and hand roasting them one by one. Their original senbesis have wonderful soy sauce flavor and sensationally crispy. As their last owner loved "Shogi" (Japanese chess), they also have senbeis in the shape of Shogi pieces, which make unique gift for your friends home. They also have other flavors such as sugar grazed or spicy with red hot pepper, and small pieces of fried crackers.
