This restaurant's owner Yugo is half Japanese and half French owner. Although he was born NY, he is more knowledgeable about Japan than many Japanese. This casual and friendly cafe bar welcomes your visit when you may feel a little lonely. Everyone there seems to be enjoying the cozy time of being there.
