The building is barrier-free and has no steps at the entrance. Elevators are available to the 2nd floor bathroom, friendly to the elderlies. The “Kuroyu”, black hot water, comes from the basement and is popular with open-air bath, saunas and carbonate springs. The 1F lobby also has a table seat, where you can enjoy a drink after taking a bath. Has a good access of 3 minutes walk from a Togoshi Station of Toei Asakusa Line. For those who are 65 or older who live in the ward, every Thursdays hold a “Spring for a Community in Shinagawa”. When the banner is out, show 'Spring for Community Registration Card' (which can be issued on the day), to bath for free after participating in a program such as karaoke and gymnastics.
